Joy

Hi!

It’s been a while since I last wrote, but that’s because I’ve been working on lots of exciting new projects. I’ll tell you about them very soon.

In the meantime, one of my clients – a maths teacher in her 50’s, is jumping for joy – not because it’s the start of Spring, (which certainly makes me want to jump for joy), but because her vision is getting so much clearer.

Here’s what she told me in our lesson just now about how she felt after the lesson last week:

“After the lesson, even though I’d been so exhausted when we started, I felt I could see for miles. I was jumping away, saying “Oh my God, my vision’s so good!! I’m feel my vision is getting better and it makes me so happy!”

This is what she also said in an earlier lesson: “I feel like people who wear glasses are tunnelling their vision somehow. Not wearing glasses and doing this work gives me a more full and profound experience of my side vision – it’s so wonderful!”

Well, all this excitement and wonder is making me very happy – I’m going to go off and jump for joy!

Looking forward to writing to you again soon. Enjoy the Springtime until then,

Clarity at -20 diopters – Hope and Healing in these unusual times

Well, what a year! We’ve all been affected differently, to greater and lesser extents. And at times, it’s challenged my determination to keep my outlook bright, uplifted and non-judgemental, as I know that’s best for the vision. I hope you’ve managed to stay positive too, despite these unusual, challenging and changing times.

I thought I’d share with you my ‘Client Quote of the Year’, as I love it! It’s from a client who came to me about six weeks ago, and  who is very short-sighted, and had been told her vision would only deteriorate further, until she loses it completely, and she was feeling totally devastated. And yet – after just over a month of lessons, and following my suggestions for self-healing action, she has started to have moments of clear vision – and it’s really exciting! She wrote to me this week:

Hi Charlotte

It is all amazing, and  definitely a life changing journey!
I have now decided to turn 2020 on its head and make it my year ?.
Thank you so much.
Kindest regards
K.
If she can do it at -20 diopters, so can you!
Looking forward to helping you regain your clarity and visual health too!
Best wishes,
Charlotte ??

Optician

Hello!

I recently went to a new optician for an eye test, about twenty years after I first got rid of my glasses and my short-sightedness. My vision was actually better than in 2001, measuring several lines further down the chart than the 20/20 line which is supposed to be perfect vision, and I read very small print – font size 5. (I have worked with my vision to get rid of reading vision difficulties which developed at the age of about 45). After I left the optician’s shop, apparently both opticians were so shocked that they kept rechecking my date of birth, and one of them kept asking if there was some other explanation, as she just couldn’t believe that someone over 50 could see so well. The only explanation is that the Bates Method works..!

Needless to say, I was delighted!

Looking forward to teaching you how to improve your vision too. It’s fun, relaxing and sometimes quite miraculous.

Autumn vision work

Hi!

I’m really enjoying these sparkling, sunny Autumn days. I’m using the gift of this fabulous weather (before it turns grey and cold), to do extra sunning and palming, and just being in the wonderful bright daylight, as much as I can.

The Beginners’ and Intermediates’ courses have been going really well, and I absolutely love this new way of teaching groups, online. It works so well. Everyone seems to love the relaxing guided palming which we do early on in each class, to relax and refresh our vision before we start learning the new techniques for that day.

So, get outdoors, start practising any vision improvement techniques you are already familiar with, (you know they do you and your vision so much good!), and coax your visual system back to full clarity!

‘Till next time!

New Self-Care Course – it’s not selfish to start taking better care of yourself and your vision

Take a look at my new course offering – I think it’s a good one, and I’ve noticed it’s what a lot of my clients need to address…

Self-Care for you and your vision – get back on track with being your own best friend – 4 x one hour classes on Zoom

All too often we put ourselves last on our list of priorities, and that goes for our vision too. I used to be like that but have learned the hard way, how important it is to learn good self-care techniques to regularly replenish our cup of energy and health. This then allows us to be able to continue to give to others, and also prevent vision and general health problems from developing or getting worse. Join me to (re)learn useful and easy techniques and thought processes to get back on track with putting ourselves first and improving our quality of life and vision.

Starts in September. Hope you’ll join me and also spread the word!

Charlotte 🙂
