They have SeeNaturally stickers on them to remind you to “Check Posture” and “Blink, Breathe & Relax” while you shift, in order to maximise the benefit of your practice.
All Shifters are flat packed. To assemble, simply stick the velcro tabs together, and to take apart, simply pull the velcro tabs apart. The Shifter dimensions are: 45 x 15cm and dissassembled for – a portable A4 size.
Using a Shifter helps your eyes to relax and release strain. You’ll begin to see better at all distances, as you eyes are retrained to stop the unconscious staring habit which causes eyestrain, blur and fatigue.
Regular practice will help you to begin to relearn how to see in a more relaxed and natural way, with more natural saccadic shifts of the eyes, keading to greater visual relaxation and more clarity!
