The benefits of sunshine and upcoming courses

It’s so nice to see the sunshine sometimes on these early January days. When the sun’s shining, whenever I get the chance, I stop whatever I’m doing, go outside, turn to face the sun, close my eyes, and sense the warmth and brightness of the sun on my closed eyelids. It’s so nice to take a short slice of time out for me – to take care of myself and – nurture my eyesight. Getting regular time in sunshine and allowing the sunlight into the eyes and body is essential for maintaining good, healthy vision.
